今回のアルバムでは、同名のタイトル曲"Ay-Yo"をはじめ、"DJ"、"Skyscraper(摩天樓)"などの新曲3曲と韓国4枚目のフルアルバムに収録された12曲の全15曲で構成され、一層豊かな音楽でグローバルファンを魅了する。

NCT 127は韓国4枚目のフルアルバム『疾走(2 Baddies)』でアメリカビルボードのメインアルバムチャートをはじめ、オーストラリア、フランス、ドイツ、スペイン、スイス、ポルトガル公式音楽チャート、ビルボードジャパントップアルバムセールスチャート、日本のLINE MUSICのアルバムおよびソング「TOP100」など世界各国の音楽チャートに名前をあげ、韓国国内のアルバムや音源チャート、音楽放送1位を摂ったことがあり、今回のリパッケージアルバムで見せる活躍にも注目が集中する。

On the sub-units fourth official Korean-language full-length, NCT 127 masterfully blend hip-hop, R&B, and dance on the evolved 2 Baddies. Across a dozen tracks, the groups vocals shine, with lush harmonies bolstering the R&B-heavy cuts like "Time Lapse" and "Crash Landing" and adding a sense of playful danger on beat-heavy moments such as the title track. Later, they deftly switch from tenderness on "Gold Dust" and "Black Clouds" to aggressive energy on dancefloor-fillers like "Tasty" and "Faster." Through it all, they make it look easy. Without as much typically "K-pop"-sounding material, NCT 127 have matured and delivered a cohesive, confident vision of where they might be headed.
