1969年、スモール・フェイセズを脱退したスティーヴ・マリオット（vo&g）とザ・ハードに在籍していたピーター・フランプトン（vo&g）を中心に結成されたハンブル・パイ。
A&Mレーベル在籍時の7作のアルバムをまとめて2017年にLPボックスとしてリリースされた商品に、Bサイドや未発表曲等のボーナストラックを追加した8CDボックスセット『The A&M Box Set 1970-1975』が発売。オリジナルアルバム7作は今回新たにリマスタリングされている。
収録されるアルバムは、『Humble Pie』(70年)、『Rock On』(71年)、『Performance: Rockin' The Filmore』(71年)、『Smokin'』(72年)、『Eat It』(73年)、『Thunderbox』(74年)、『Street Rats』(75年) の7タイトルとなり、ボーナス・ディスクには、Bサイドやレア曲（うち5曲は未発表曲）が収録。ボックスにはエッセイ、メモ、記念品、写真、クレジットを含むハードカバー本も含まれています。
